Decide: make the decision

The Decision Sprint covers one defined decision, up to four stakeholder interviews, review of agreed material and one decision workshop over two calendar weeks. Your Decision Brief records the recommendation, next steps and first 90-day priorities. Implementation and a detailed Delivery Blueprint are outside the Sprint’s scope.

Shape: define a workable initiative

A Delivery Blueprint covering the agreed scope, business rationale, delivery approach, owners and first 90-day priorities. Supporting detail is agreed for your initiative; scope and duration are agreed before work starts. Use the Blueprint with your own team or chosen partners.

Deliver: bring senior leadership

Independent executive advice, delivery oversight or direct leadership, including a defined fractional or interim CIO/CTO role. Responsibilities, authority, capacity and the initial period are agreed explicitly. Delivery remains with your team and partners; fractional support does not imply full-time availability.
